Shotton Tissue Mill Project

Shotton Mill will be the largest and most technologically advanced paper and tissue production facility in Europe, with an annual manufacturing capacity of 750,000 tones of containerboard and 67,000 tones of tissue paper.

Stellar UK is delivering the project as the principal contractor, overseeing the cut-and-carve works of the old tissue mill. The project includes demolition, refurbishment of existing buildings, and the construction of a new processing facility along with 7,700 m² of warehouse buildings. This forms part of a £1.2 billion investment, making it one of the largest redevelopment projects in North Wales.
